PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device constituted so that the life of a filter part can be prolonged and solvent vapor is economically decomposed. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an intermediate transfer body 6 for transferring a developer image from a photoreceptor drum 1 and also evaporating solvent, a backup roller 8 for transferring the developer image transferred to the transfer body 6 to paper 10, a pump 14 for sucking the evaporated solvent, a cooling part 13 for cooling the solvent vapor sucked by the pump 14, the filter parts 16a and 16b for absorbing the solvent vapor discharged from the cooling part 13, and an ultraviolet lamp for irradiating the solvent vapor absorbed by the filter parts 16a and 16b with ultraviolet rays to decompose it. |
