PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quickly and efficiently and precisely capturing and analyzing the situation of a task, and for preparing a work process chart for visualizing a processing procedure, and a management point manual preparation tool utilizing them. SOLUTION: In this method for capturing and analyzing the situation of an office work, task contents, objects to be processed, and operations or the like are recorded in a self-report system by using a task recording chart devised so as to be quickly written by a person himself or herself in charge of the task, and the summarization and input processing of the recording chart of all members are operated, and each kind of analyzed resources are quickly outputted. This computer readable storage medium stores a program for easily drawing the work process chart of a task processing procedure on the display screen of a personal computer, and for preparing a management point manual using the work process chart. |
