PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve an operability by making an operation equipment cordless and lightening it. SOLUTION: A trocar 5 comprises a hollow outer tube 11 being mounted on a body wall and a ring-like battery 12 provided on the top of the outer tube 11. When the trocar 5 punctures a body wall, an inside needle 8 with a sharp apex inserted into the outer tube 11 is used to penetrate the body wall with the outer tube 11. Two electrodes 13 being a positive electrode and a negative electrode are isolated and symmetrically positioned on an inner peripheral surface of the battery 12.
