摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for manufacturing a voltage-controlled oscillator which is capable of performing frequency adjustment and electric characteristic measurement with high accuracy in the state of an aggregate substrate and is also excellent in manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method has a process in which a set substrate 1 is prepared, a process in which through holes corresponding to power supply voltage terminals VB, control voltage terminal VC, output terminals P, open terminals NC and ground terminals GND are formed on parting lines 3 of the substrate 1 and a process in which the substrate 2 is divided along the lines 3 to form small substrates. In such a case, the substrate 1 and respective substrates are arranged in such a manner that the output terminal P of one optional slave substrate A and the open terminal NC of a slave substrate B adjacent to the substrate A share a through hole.
