SOLUTION: The relation that is latent between the updated text attribute data and the non-updated attribute data is extracted and notified to a user via an output device. For instance, a sentence 'The salesman's invitation is importunate.' that is sent from a customer and stored in the customer electronic sentence data 11 is analyzed, and the information on the contents/field-based sorting category, the keyword characterizing the contents, the summary regularizing the contents, etc., are outputted as the sentence attribute data 17. Then the data 17 are analyzed together with the customer attribute data 18 describing the sex, age, occupation, etc., of the customer, and the inter-attribute data causal relation showing 'A housewife of forties thinks that the attitude of a salesman is not good.', for example, is extracted as a rule 20. |
