<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method of manufacturing a flexible solar cell module which suppresses the shape failure from occurring and avoids marring the mass productivity the roll-to-roll process has. SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a flexible solar cell module, solar cell tiles T are composed of a flexible board, a group of a plurality of serially connected photoelectric converter elements are formed thereon, and insulative films sealing these elements and main wirings 4 and sub-wirings 5 for interconnecting the tiles are adhered to a seal film surface of a long base film composed of a seal film 6f and a support film Sf for supporting the seal film 6f. Another similarly constituted base film is overlaid, and the two base films are thermocompression-bonded to cause a cross linking reaction in the seal films to seal. The main wirings 4 are adhered after at least the tiles T are adhered to the seal film surface of the base film.</p> |
