<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of loading of recording paper and of jamming processing by designing a recording paper container means in the direction of discharging a sheet original from an image read means. SOLUTION: This image processor has an automatic read mode where an original carrying means provided in an image processing unit main body automatically carries an original (sheet original) and the original is read and a manual read mode, where an original impossible of automatic reading such as a map and a book type original is read through scanning of a scanner unit as an image read means removed from the unit main body by a user. In the case of the automatic reading mode, a recording paper container means 26 is drawn in front of the unit, and the upper face thereof is used for an original platen so as to an original automatically discharged and placed thereon will not fall down on a floor. In the case of the manual reading mode, the recording paper container means 26 is drawn this side and an original is placed on an upper face of the recording paper container means 26, which is used for the original platen for the original, and the scanner unit 30 removed from the unit main body is moved on the original.</p> |
