<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plurality of motive powers from a single power source at the predetermined position and timing by enabling a nut screwed on a threaded shaft movably in the forward and backward directions to be rotated in synchronization with the threaded shaft at a predetermined position of the threaded shaft during the rotation of the threaded shaft, and enabling the linear motion force of the nut to be stopped at a predetermined position. SOLUTION: In a transmission device 1A, a damper 41 is inserted into a braking correspondence hole 22 formed on a flange part 21, and a nut 2 and a housing 4 are connected to prevent the circumferential rotation. When a threaded shaft 5 is rotated, the nut 2 and the housing 4 are linearly moved along the threaded shaft 5, on the contrary when the damper 41 is removed from the braking corresponding hole 22, and the nut 2 and the housing 4 are disconnected, and the nut 2 is enabled to be rotated to the housing 4 by a bearing body 3. When the threaded shaft 5 is rotated, the threaded shaft 5 and the nut 5 are synchronously rotated to the housing 4, and the nut 2 and the housing 4 are kept in a fixed state.
