<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of failure position rating by means of X-ray radiation by providing a function of focusing X-ray. SOLUTION: A cylindrical shielding tube 10 formed out of a X-ray shelding material, such as lead is inserted, passing through the side wall 6a of the protective metal tube 6, between a protective metal tube 6 positioned outward and a reinforcing insulator 3 positioned inward. The cylindrical shielding tube 10 is formed with a slit 11 on its circumference, and is removably inserted in the lengthwise direction of a connecting part by the operation from the outside of the side wall 6a of the protective metal tube 6. It is thus possible to position the slit 11 at an arbitrary position to be measured. The smaller the width of the slit 11, the higher the precision of position rating becomes.</p> |
