<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a system convenient to a blind person by guiding to a prescribed station service device by utilizing a walking stick held by the blind person, performing data exchange with the station service device and performing prescribed processing such as ticket checking and collection processing, etc. SOLUTION: When a blind person (h) guided by braille blocks B inserts the point of a walking stick (i) into a hole T'3 showing the position of a transmitter T3, data exchange is performed between a non-contact type IC chip included in the stick (i) and an automatic ticket checking and collecting machine G.
