PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-retardant substance burner to burn a fire-retardant substance and prevent from generation of smells. SOLUTION: In this fire-retardant substance burner, a burner comprising a body 5 having one end being opened and provided on the deep side with a first combustion chamber 12 and on the opening side with a second combustion chamber 22 connected to the first combustion chamber 12 is provided. The first combustion chamber 12 is provided with an air supply part 30, a fire- retardant substance supply part 50, and a combustion supply part 40, and heat storage bodies 60, 70, and 80 are arranged in the second combustion chamber 22. Since a fire-retardant substance is burnt by the heat storage bodies 60, 70, and 80, the generation of soot and smell and the like is suppressed as much as possible and the substance is surely burnt.
