PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of electrically connecting a transfer roller and a high-voltage substrate arranged at a separate position with easy operation. SOLUTION: A harness 21 is connected to the high-voltage substrate 20, a ring-shaped connection terminal 22 is attached to the tip of the harness 21 and fit to the projecting part 17a of a projecting base 17 supporting one end of a coil spring 13 for pressing the transfer roller 11 to a photoreceptor, and the spring 13 is held on the fit part thereof. Thus, the terminal 22 is pressed and fixed on the projecting part by the spring force of the spring 13 and also the contact of the terminal 22 with the spring 13 is secured, then high voltage is supplied to the transfer roller from the substrate 20 through the harness 21 and the spring 13.
