PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make rotational force of a drive ring utilized for an barrier opening and closing operation without a loss, while eliminating a trouble of light leakage (shading), in a zoom lens-barrel with a barrier. SOLUTION: In this zoom lens-barrel, a barrier mechanism 21 for opening and closing a photographing aperture is supported to a movable lens-barrel prohibited from being light-introduced except the photographing aperture in a front wall, and a drive ring is positioned in an inner face of the movable lens-barrel to freely allow relative rotation and relative axis-directional movement with respect to the movable lens-barrel, and a barrier opening and closing part provided in the drive ring is engaged with a barrier opening and closing operation part 26a of the barrier mechanism 21 to open and close the barrier mechanism 21, when the movable lens-barrel is moved between a storing position and a photographing position by the relative rotation between the drive ring and the movable lens-barrel.
