PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image photographing device capable of obtaining good X-ray images easy to diagnose. SOLUTION: An X-ray image photographing device stores the last image of animation shooting or still picture shooting immediately before shifting from animation shooting to still picture shooting or from still picture shooting to animation shooting in succession, and by using the stored image data, ghost is taken off by image processing. Before shifting from animation shooting to still picture shooting, X-ray irradiation is once stopped to shift to still image shooting. When shifting from fluoroscopy image shooting to still image shooting in succession, it is shifted to still image shooting after an interval of longer time than the shot picture intervals of fluoroscopy. Also, when shifting from fluoroscopy image shooting to still image shooting in succession, opposite electric field to the electric field given for fluoroscopy image shooting is given.
