PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fatigue resistance and low expansibility by forming an inner tube of a thermoplastic resin and forming a stainless steel wire material of a twisted wire formed by twisting multiple small-diameter filament stainless steel wires. SOLUTION: An inner tube 1 is formed of thermoplastic resin using fluorine resins such as polytetrafluoroethylene, perfluoroalkoxyalkane, perfluoroethylenepropylene copolymer, or ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer. In the outer circumference of the inner tube 1, a reinforcing layer 2 formed by stranding stainless steel wire material constructed of multiple twisted small- diameter filament stainless steel wires is arranged, and a hose 3 for a vehicle is formed. In this way, fatigue resistance and low expansibility can be improved.
