Blades are made in the form of three flat detents 3 positioned perpendicular to axis of drum 1 and connected one with the other at site adjacent to drum. Working and rear generatrices of detents are extending in logarithmic spirals 4 which are continuously joined to detent tops. Longest spirals 4 are extending along working part of detents. Spirals 4,5 and their junction sites are surrounded with cylindrical border 7. Blade span increases from ends of drum 1 to its mid portion so that circles described by blades define hoops.
