PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a domino circuit capable of accelerating a circuit, reducing a circuit area, forming the domino circuit into a BiCMOS, and simplifying a MOS and a bipolar element mounting process. SOLUTION: This domino circuit 101 with jointly used bipolar transistor is provided with a 1st p type MOS transistor 102 for precharge, a 1st n type MOS transistor 103 for a logical configuration, and a 2nd p type MOD transistor 104a and a 2nd n type MOS transistor 104b for constituting an output inverter 104, connects the bases of respective bipolar transistors to the source electrodes of the transistors 104a and 104b, connects the emitters to 1st and 2nd power supplies and connects the collectors to the drain electrodes (output terminal) of the resistors 104a and 104b. |
