PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate ventilation and cooling/heating without hindering the ventilating function and the cooling/heating function by setting the ventilated air volume of a ventilation fan, while interlocking with the circulation air volume of a circulation fan and a ventilation fan for exhausting indoor air and supplying outdoor air. SOLUTION: A circulation fan 2 is subjected to drive control, based on the output from a circulation air volume setting means 5 for setting the cooling/ heating air volume. A ventilation fan 3 is subjected to drive control, based on the output from means 7 for setting the ventilation air volume of the ventilation fan 3. As the setting of ventilation air volume based on the output from the circulation air volume setting means 5, the ventilation air volume of the ventilation fan 3 can be varied, depending on the circulation air volume of the circulation fan 2. Since the circulation air volume is interlocked with the ventilation air volume, a superior performance for setting the air volume individually and independently can be exhibited. Furthermore, control parts can be integrated because a ventilation fan drive means 8 is interlocked with a circulation fan drive means 6. |
