<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably obtain a more low-cost and safe surface protection sheet constituting a solar cell module, wherein the sheet uses a fluoric resin sheet as a surface protection sheet layer constituting the module, greatly improves the moisture proof for blocking moisture, oxygen, etc., from penetrating, suppresses its long-term performance gradation about various resistances such as light resistance, heat resistance and water resistance to minimum and is superior in protection ability, antifouling property, etc. SOLUTION: A surface protection sheet for solar cell modules and a solar cell module using the same are provided. The sheet comprises a fluoric resin sheet 1, an inorganic oxide-deposited thin film 2, a resin film 4 stacked on the film 2, the film 4 having a coating film 3 of a composition contg. a metal alkoxide composition and/or its hydrolyzed product as main components of a vehicle, and an antifouling layer 6 and/or ultraviolet absorbent layer provided on one or both surfaces of a laminate composed of the resin sheet 1 and the resin film 4 composed of the deposited film 2 and the coating film 3.</p> |
