<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photoelectric converter element the emission intensity of which is improved. SOLUTION: A photoelectric converter element has a first electrode layer 2 having an uneven surface plane 2A at the surface, a photoelectric conversion layer 3 and a second electrode layer 4. The uneven surface plane 2a of the first electrode layer 2 is formed, based on the surface shape of an uneven surface layer 22 having uneveness on the surface, and the base of the uneven surface layer 22 has a base layer 21 made of a material harder to etch than the uneven surface layer.</p> |
