<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide appropriate light environment in accord with the biorhythm of a human being and provide light environment corresponding to a diversity of life scenes, by appropriately adjusting the color and illuminance of lighting. SOLUTION: According to this indirect lighting method, a modesty panel 3 is provided along a wall surface 2 or a ceiling surface 6, two kinds of light sources 4, 5 of low-color-temperature light and of high-color temperature light are provided between the modesty panel 3 and the wall surface 2 or ceiling surface 6, the brightness of the two kinds of light sources 4, 5 can be individually adjusted, the light sources are controlled so that light environment having low-color-temperature light with a low illuminance is provide when the biorhythm of a human being is in the direction of tranquilization and that light environment having high-color-temperature light with a high illuminance is provided when the biorhythm of the human being is in the direction of activation, and the light produced by the light sources 4, 5 is reflected on the modesty panel 3 to illuminate the interior or a room.</p> |
