PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and effort required for manufacturing measuring tubes. SOLUTION: This flow detector is provided with a measuring tube 1 for guiding a fluid, a magnetic circuit device for guiding a magnetic field, and a sensor device 3 for detecting a voltage induced into the fluid. The magnetic circuit device comprises coil cores 23 and 24 provided with curved faces 231 and 241. The coil cores 23 and 24 are embedded in a liner 12 on the sides of the faces 231 and 241 through a supporting tube 11 outside the measuring tube 1, and a supporting body 13 is embedded in the liner 12. For manufacturing the supporting body 13, a sintering material is inserted in a supporting tube 11 and sintered on the ground, and the liner 12 is continually introduced into the supporting tube 11 by a transfer molding method, an injection molding method, or a compression molding method.
