PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control fitting structure and a vibration control receiving device for a pipe which are short in execution time, simple in structure and large in vibration control effect. SOLUTION: An external pipe 21 (one piece) is connected to an internal pipe 24 (the other pipe) through a vibration control device 1a piercing a piping hole 32 in a wall panel 31 (panel) of a bathroom. A flange 12 having a screw hole in one single end part of a cylindrical body 11 is provided in the vibration control device 1a, and a pipe joint 14 is mounted on a center point of the cylindrical body 11 through a vibration control rubber 13. The vibration control device 1a is mounted on the wall panel 31 by screws 35.
