PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedom of a layout by putting the fitting position of stopper rubber close to the center of rotation of a pedal lever by forming a recessed part at the part which abuts against the operation element of the stopper rubber. SOLUTION: A nearly L-shaped bracket 6 equipped with the stopper rubber 5 on the surface inside a cabin is fixed to the upper end part of the brake pedal lever 1. The stopper rubber 5 has the recessed part 13 formed at the part which abuts against the operation element 12 of a stop lamp switch 7 when the brake pedal lever 1 is stepped in, the operation element 12 is released from being pressed and the stop lamp switch 7 turns ON, so that the stop lamp illuminates. Here, the fitting position of the stop lamp switch 7 is so adjusted that the interval between the tip of the screw part 9 of the stop lamp switch 7 and the surface of the stopper rubber 5 has a specific value. Namely, the movement quantity of the stopper rubber 5 is the depth of the recessed part 13 less than usual. |
