PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up figure or data transfer between two memories by allowing a process for graphic processing to access a 1st memory and a 2nd memory at the same time through a 1st and a 2nd port. SOLUTION: A CPU 8 and the 1st memory 10 are connected to a system bus 9 consisting of an address, a data, and a control bus and a local memory 3 and a frame memory 4 as the 2nd memory are connected to a local bus 2 consisting of an address, a data, and a control bus. The 1st port 102 of a microprocessor is connected to the system bus 9 and the 2nd port 103 is connected to the local bus 2 to enable simultaneous access to the 1st memory 10 and 2nd memory 4 through the 1st and 2nd ports 102 and 103.
