PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrong judgment on a wiring to be inspected by eliminating the need of inputting from outside a capacity per unit wire length necessary for calculating an expectation capacity of the wiring to be inspected. SOLUTION: A printed board 1 is set opposite to a counter electrode. A measuring needle 6 is brought in contact with standard terminals 19, 20 and 21 preliminarily set on the printed board 1. Electric capacities Ca, Cb, Cc between standard wirings 16, 17, 18 wired to an upper layer, an intermediate layer and a lower layer and having a unit wire length, and the counter electrode 5 are measured by a capacitance meter 7. An expectation Cstd=L1×Ca+L2×Cb+L3×Cc of a capacitance of an electric wiring 2 to be inspected is calculated with the use of wire length information L1, L2 and L3 of an upper layer wiring 13, an intermediate layer wiring 14 and a lower layer wiring 15 of the electric wiring 2. The measuring needle 6 is brought in contact with a terminal 3 connected to the electric wiring 2 of the printed board 1, and a capacitance between the electric wiring 2 and the counter electrode 5 measured by the capacitance meter 7 is compared with the expectation Cstd of the capacitance.
