An outer side pad is supported by the anchor pins 16, 16 fixed to the outer body 1, and an inner side pad is supported by the cylindrical parts 14, 14 mounted on the points of the connection bolts 10, 10. The cylinders 3a, 3b are respectively easily worked, and the application of the braking torque to the connecting part of the outer body 1 and the inner body 2 can be prevented.
