摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct generated light axis deviation by providing a detachable part of an optical fiber for generating a laser beam in an optical system module, adjusting the light axis direction of the laser beam, and adjusting the position of the light reception surface of a photodiode. SOLUTION: A mark 12 is an optical fiber detachable part for detaching an optical fiber end part 11a. The detachable part 12 is fixed to a surface indicated by a mark A, and the surface A is vertical to the axis of light being emitted from the optical fiber end part 11 a when the optical fiber end part 11 a is mounted to the optical fiber detachable part 12. Also, the detachable part 12 is fixed to a slight movement stage with three orthogonally crossing axes. A mark 11b is a rotary knob for slightly moving the optical fiber detachable part 12 in the horizontal direction of a paper surface in a figure. A mark 11c is a rotary knob for slightly moving the detachable part 12 vertically (up/ down) to the paper surface in the figure. When the rotary knob 11c is rotated, the detachable part 12 is slightly moved in the direction of the axis of light being emitted from an end part 11a, distance to a collimator 69 can be changed to adjust the collimation state of light.
