PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor which has excellent high- temperature reflow characteristics. SOLUTION: Solvent that containsγ-butyrolactone is used as electrolyte for this capacitor. Furthermore, an elastic body is used, where the elastic body is formed through a manner where alkylphenol resin is added as a vulcanizing agent to butyl rubber polymer formed of copolymer of isobutylene and isoprene butyl and partially crosslinked butyl rubber polymer formed of copolymer of isobutylene, isoprene, and divinylbenzene.
