PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a case to be used in a battery pack to the minimum and lighten an electric apparatus using the battery pack as a power source. SOLUTION: A case body 30 accomodating a protective circuit 32 is mounted on an end of an unit cell 28 to form a battery pack 12, the battery pack 12 can be mounted and demounted through an opening 24 formed on a body case 14 of the electric apparatus 10 side, and the case body 30 forming the battery pack 12 is used also as a cover body for closing the opening 24 on the body case 14 side.
