摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loss that is caused by the variance of performance of a product circuit to be manufactured by adjusting a control parameter to decrease the dispersion of the performance variance of the product circuit and then selecting the control parameter to keep the performance variance of the product circuit within a prescribed range. SOLUTION: A control parameter is adjusted to reduce the dispersion of performance variance of a product circuit and then the control parameter is selected to keep the performance variance within a prescribed range. A result evaluation part 20 decides whether the dispersion satisfies a requested condition from the result of a direct product experiment when the control signal received from a control part 70 shows the control to reduce the dispersion. The part 20 also decides whether the mean value of variances calculated from the relation between the variance and the dispersion is equal to the prescribed value and also whether the variance is reduced from the direct product experiment result when the control signal received from the part 70 shows the control to keep the product variance within a prescribed range.
