<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a throughput in a data link unit by controlling the throughput of a TCP/IP communication data link protocol, controlling a data link protocol, managing the throughput between a network protocol control means and a data link protocol control means, adjusting it and calculating a time for sleep. SOLUTION: When data are transmitted from the network protocol control means 10, data are transmitted to a data management part 21 arranged on a throughput control means 20. In accordance with it, a throughput processing part 22 arranged on the means 20 takes out the data when it is transmitted to the data management part 21 and repeats processings after that till the end. That is, the part 22 calculates the throughput based on a time stamp indicating the size of the taken-out data and a present time. The stipulated value of the throughput is read from a stipulated value storage part 23 and compared after the calculation.</p> |
