PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real image type variable power finder which is a wide angle real image type variable power finder adequate to a still camera and a video camera, etc., whose apparent visual field is wide, whose eye relief is long, and whose performance is good. SOLUTION: This finder has an objective lens system, a condenser lens system, and an eyepiece lens system in order from an object side, the objective lens system is constituted of a negative lens group 01 and a positive lens group 02 which move in an optical axis direction in order from the object side in the case of variable power, and the group 01 is constituted of a negative meniscus single lens 011 which is projected on the object side, and a meniscus single lens 012 which is projected on an image side in order from the object side.
