PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide base station radio equipment whose efficiency is improved by reducing the chance of the collision of calling signals between plural mobile station radio equipment by transmitting start-stop synchronizing signals at every constant times of a call time interval and transmitting code signal transmission time in synchronizing with the call time interval. SOLUTION: A reference timing pulse generation part 41 generates a timing pulse with a calling time interval obtained by adding allowance time to the time width of a code signal that a system uses for transmission as a unit and sends it to a call reference time generation part 42. The call reference time generation part 42 counts the timing pulse and sends the signal to a start-stop synchronizing signal generation part 43 at every cycle of a counter. The start-stop synchronizing signal generation part 43 generates a start-stop synchronizing signal with the sent signal and sends it to a transmission signal generation part 34. A transmission time generation part 45 generates the control signal of the time width of the code signal in synchronizing with the output of the call reference time generation part 42 with the signal from a call condition detection part 44 and controls the transmission signal generation part 34 and a transmission control part 20.
