PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select a requested function. SOLUTION: A storing means 22 stores a function setting picture that inquires of a user which function to be selected and also registers sound data corresponding to a function and the correlation between the sound data and the function setting picture. A sound recognition processing means 14 converts inputted sound into sound data and extracts its correlation with the function setting picture from the converted sound data, and a controlling means 15 extracts a corresponding function setting picture from the extracted correlation and shows it on a displaying means 23.
