PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve general efficiency by reducing the power loss in a cooling mechanism. SOLUTION: In a double rotor motor where two rotors 3 and 4 are arranged coaxially in the radial direction, oil is let flow in the cooling passage (f) within an inner rotor 4 so as to cool the inner rotor 4. The heated oil radiates heat to coolant of lower viscosity and larger specific heat than the oil, in an oil cooler 12 being an indirect heat exchanger arranged in a body with the housing 13 of a rotating machine, and then the coolant cools a stator 2, and then, radiates heat to the outside (for example, air) in an external coolant cooler.
