PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency adjusting method form oscillator capable of suppressing frequency variation in a finished product. SOLUTION: A voltage-controlled oscillator 1 is provided with a multilayer board, a resonance inductor L1 arranged on a surface layer of the multilayer board, chip capacitors Ca' to Ce' provided on the surface layer of the multilayer board B and a wiring pattern provided on an inner layer of the multilayer board, the inductor L1 and the capacitors Ca' to Ce' are connected to the wiring pattern through through holes, the wiring pattern formed by performing wiring so as to connect the inductor L1 to the respective capacitors Ca' to Ce' parallelly in the inner layer of the multilayer board, and an oscillation frequency is adjusted by disconnecting an optional pattern for connection among plural patterns for connection that connect the inductor L1 in parallel to the capacitors Ca' to Ce' in the wiring pattern.
