<p>A rotary servo valve (1) comprising at least two types of high and low pressure pump ports (33, 39), wherein a rotatable and linearly reciprocating spool (11) is installed through a spool guide hole (7) in a valve main body (9), a servo motor (15) drivingly rotating the spool and a linear actuator (13) reciprocatingly moving it are provided, whereby the pump ports can be switched selectively by the reciprocating movement of the spool and the cylinder ports can be switched selectively and flow rate can be controlled by the rotation.</p>
