The invention discloses a method for purification of the water corresponding to the "drinking" classification. The method includes the following stages: a determination of the impurities being decomposed by the ozone; a preliminary purification; a first ozonization; an electrocoagulation; a second ozonization; and a finish purification. The ozone is generated in an amount exceeding the necessary amount not more than for 7%.
