A sheet cutter includes means for feeding single sheets from a bundle of sheets to a positioning arrangement (16) and transferring the sheet from the positioning arrangement in precise timed relationship with the rotation of a pair of cylinders (28, 34) defining a nip (36) therebetween to the nip, at least one of the cylinders having magnetic means for positioning etched steel cutting forms thereon which die cut, kiss cut, perforate, crease, emboss or block the sheet as it passes between the cylinders.
