The 2-component, single piece diaphragm arrangement (4) divides the housing into over and underpressure chambers (5,6). The diaphragm (13) is formed by extrusion molding of the diaphragm plate (14). An accommodation jack (23) for the switching ram (24) is provided in the plate. The plate comprises central flange (17) at end for fitting between side arms of the diaphragm.
