The container filling device comprises a foot (1) and a stand (2) with a filling (3) which is attached to the stand. A carriage (4) has side walls (22) which retain the filling. Pivoting carrier arms (6) have hooks (7) for receiving the carrying handles of a 'Big Bag'. The bearing for the carrier arm consists of an angled component fixed to the arm whose free end carries a first bearing attached to the carriage. A second bearing in the other arm is connected to a swivel system (14, 14'). A third bearing is located between the two arms of the swivel. A fourth bearing (17) at the free end of the swivel system is attached to the stand.
