The elastic decoupler (10) contacts the electro-acoustic system (20) in its edge region (21) and contains a first elastic material, preferably conductive rubber, at least partly. The electro-acoustic system is conductively coupled to a circuit board (30) via the elastic material. The decoupler preferably contains a second elastic material which is electrically insulating. It is typically of integral configuration, preferably annular. A second decoupler may consist of several separate parts, contacting sections of the electro-acoustic system. Independent claims are included for an electronics apparatus and the electro-acoustic system.
