PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optimizing device and method provided with an efficient learning function capable of reflecting user's intention. SOLUTION: The optimizing device is provided with an optimizing means 1 for optimizing each applied evaluation item, a weight storing means 2 for storing a weighting coefficient indicating the importance of each evaluation item, an optimized result evaluation means 3 for evaluating a result optimized by the means 1 by using the weighting coefficient of each evaluation item stored in the means 2, an optimized result display/correction means 4 for displaying the optimized result to a user so as to correct it, and a weight changing means 5 for changing the weighting coefficient of each evaluation item and constituted so as to generate an optimized result reflecting user's intention of correction at the time of optimization. |
