PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve through-put in a transmission line by permitting a receiving station to additionally describe a time required for cancelling the reception impossible state of a destination in a description area in a reception frame as a re-transmission waiting time and permitting an originating source to re- transmit it after waiting for the described re-transmission waiting time. SOLUTION: When the reception frame to one's own function equipment arrives at a receiving node station N2, a frame processing part 31 inspects the reception possible/impossible state of the destination function equipment. When the destination is in a reception impossible busy state, the time required for cancelling the reception impossible state corresponding to the previously fixed stage of the reception impossible state is obtained and it is set as the re-transmission waiting time. A communication frame is generated, where the re-transmission waiting time set in a re-transmission waiting time description area in the reception frame is additionally described, and it is returned to an originating source node station with a transmission buffer 39. The originating source node station N2 refers to the re-transmission waiting time description area in a returned regression frame and executes re-transmission after waiting for re-transmission waiting time.
