PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an offset of a noninverting signal and an inverting signal without increasing restrictions on components of a D/A converter. SOLUTION: The D/A converter is provided with an adder circuit 8 that sums a digital signal ND given to the D/A converter and a digital signal outputted from a 1st latch 5 and provides an output of the sum, a D/A converter section 9 that converts a digital signal outputted from a 2nd latch 6 into an analog signal and provides an output of the analog signal, a D/A converter section 1 that converts a digital signal outputted from the adder circuit 8 into an analog signal and provides an output of the analog signal, a 1st amplifier section 2 that amplifies a signal outputted from the D/A converter section 1 and provides an output of the amplified signal, and a 2nd amplifier section 3 that inversely amplifies a signal outputted from the 1st amplifier section 2 and provides an output of the amplified signal by using an output of the D/A converter section 9 given to a noninverting input of an operational amplifier 301 for a reference voltage.
