The device has a frame having a metal ring (2) that is hinged to little rods (3), which are provided with comb-shaped wires (4). The frame also has a stretchy silicon ring (5), with grooves in which the little rods are inserted, which enables expansion by negative pressure. An extension mechanism has a screw (6), a nut (7), two metal discs (8), a cylindrical silicon ring (9) and a screw head (11), to extend the frame.
