The rotary piston machine has at least one intermediate piston(6) mounted on the same shaft(8) as the primary pistons and on the same axis. The intermediate piston has two-sided curvilinear working faces and inclined working ports. Both ends of the inclined bores(23) in the slide(9) have a continuous connecting to the working chambers. The working ports(33) of one primary piston(5) are connected to the inner cavity of the drilling rod(32) and those(34) of the other piston (7) connected to the central bore(36) in the shaft.
