The invention relates to a device and a method for recording data corresponding to written or recorded information. Said device comprises a recording device that produces a standard image and records said image in the form of data in addition to a written document. The information is captured in a written or recorded form in addition to a standard written form. The inventive device has first means which make it possible to determine the coordinates in a continuous manner in relation to a start position so that said information can be plotted and second means enabling absolute and continuous determination of said coordinates. The invention can be used in a variety of ways to fill in, form, check signatures and generally record handmade texts and drawings. The invention can also be used to input data into data processing equipment and in mobile telephones or portable computers. |
