The invention relates to a device for adjusting the angle of rotation of a camshaft with regard to the crankshaft of a reciprocating internal combustion engine, especially a blade adjuster and a blade cell adjuster which comprise a stator and a rotor arranged coaxially thereto. The blades of the rotor can be swiveled by means of oil pressure in pressure chambers formed by radial walls of the stator. The constructional cost for sintered pressed stators and rotors is reduced in that the stator and the rotor are comprised of a packet of stator plates (2, 2') or rotor plates (3, 3') which are preferably produced by stamping and which are tightly joined to one another.
